These events took place on Tuesday 1 July 2014 as one-off pop up Resilience Forums in Cardiff. The audience heard about practical approaches to resilience building for children and families and were keen to understand more about how community members and local organisations can join forces with university academics. They also heard from some inspiring children, young people and practitioners about what they have been doing to apply resilience ideas to help with challenging situations. Oh and they ate some cake. Om nom.
